• 1 tray of cherry tomatoes
• 12 slices of bacon
• 1 bunch fresh sage
• 15 cl balsamic vinegar
• A little butter
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
Reduce balsamic vinegar to 2/3 in a saucepan over low heat.
Add the butter in pieces out of the fire, beating, add the pepper.
Cut the bacon slices in half.
Roll each tomato into a piece of bacon with a sage leaf. Skewer the tomatoes.
Put them on a plate, salt, pepper and sprinkle with olive oil. Bake the skewers in a preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Serve immediately with the balsamic sauce.
