WORKSHOP WARSAW 2021
On September 15, 2021 in Warsaw, the Cook Story culinary studio hosted culinary workshops for journalists and influencers involved in the campaign CuTE: Cultivating the taste of Europe.
The topic of the workshop was a three-course dinner based on a truly hit, seasonal product – polish apples. The participants, under the supervision of Chef Michał Toczyłowski, prepared together a cream of apples and leek, caramelized chicken with apples and celery-muslin puree, and a dessert - vegan apple muffins.
The aim of the workshop was to show the versatile use of apples in the kitchen, also in meat and dinner dishes. In addition to cooking, participants could learn more about the properties of apples, their varieties, cultivation methods in Europe and economic importance.
Thanks to press articles and social media publications, the coverage of the workshops reached tens of thousands of consumers in Poland.
