FRESH SPINACH AND APPLE SALAD
INGREDIENTS
• Baby spinach
• Apples
• Pomegranate
• Walnuts
• Pine nuts
• AOVE
• Balsamic Vinegar
• Honey
• Lemon
• Feta Cheese
PREPARATION
Prepare a bed of baby spinach. In a separate bowl, prepare a vinaigrette with the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a splash of honey and a little lemon juice. Set aside. On the bed of spinach, add the apple, pomegranate and walnuts. Crumble some pieces of feta cheese and add as well. Once the salad has been prepared, pour in the dressing previously prepared and let's eat!
Serve.
