WATERMELON SALAD WITH FRESH CHEESE
• 1/2 watermelon without seeds
• Black olives
• Fresh cheese
• Olive oil
Put an arugula base in a bowl.
Cut the watermelon into slices about 3 cm thick and remove the skin. Split it into squares 2 cm thick. Add the watermelon to the bowl.
Crumble fresh cheese on top. Add black olives and nuts.
Add some salt and olive oil.
