MELON SALAD WITH SERRANO HAM AND BURRATA
• 1 Cantaloup melon
• Serrano ham
• 1 burrata
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cut melon slices. Put a frying pan or a griddle at high heat and grill the melon just to mark it. In a plate put a bed of arugula.
Place the melon leaving little spaces between the slices, and then place the ham in these spaces. Finally, add the burrata in the centre of the dish over the salad and melon, and dress with a little extra virgin olive oil.
