• 2 cucumbers
• 1 radish
• Ricotta cheese
• Organic honey
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper
First, cut the cucumber and radish into very thin slices, with the help of a mandoline slicer.
Then, put the slices on a plate and add Ricotta cheese and chives on top.
Heat two tablespoons of honey in the microwave, then add a drizzle of olive oil to the honey and stir well.
Dress the cucumber with the honey mixture and add salt and pepper to taste.
